Our students live in a fast-changing world where technology has enabled us to have information at our fingertips and opened ways for us to interact more than ever before. LivingKind recognizes that we can successfully meet students’ needs and promote humane education by using technology tools in a strategic and thoughtful manner. In this webinar, we show you ways that we utilize technology to promote and implement humane education programming and how you can use it in your own classroom or youth learning environment. We discuss the ways we ​adapted our existing content to new platforms such as Nearpod in order to create interactive digital lessons, how we created a new learning experience by making an educational game to teach about puppy mill breeding operations, and additional ways that we have leveraged technology to reach young people. You will learn how you can benefit from ​these tools in your own classroom to engage your students in learning, as well as ways to be mindful about what effective technology integration looks like in teaching.
