How To Make A Breathing Bunny
Taking slow, deep breaths through our stomach is one of the best ways to calm down, and breathing bunnies are a tool for helping us take these calming breaths. In this video, we’ll demonstrate how to create a breathing bunny using a sock, fiber filling, and ribbon. To use the bunnies, place the bunny on your stomach and slowly make it go up and down as you take deep breaths through your belly.
