A group of fourth graders asked a question: Why are orcas still kept in captivity? But they didn’t stop at learning. They researched. They created. They spoke up. Their work reached a French policymaker who recognized the students' efforts a Students are not passive learners, but influential participants in the world around them. Questioning what’s broken.
